After announcing the selection of suppliers complaints have been handed in and even a threat to start a procedure in court, the organization decided to stop this procedure.

Due to a couple of crucial errors and contradictions in the tender documents, the procedure for selection has been restarted.
June 2024.
This governmental organization starts a new tender procedure because the umbrella agreement that still was active is exhausted in volume. Again, first a selection procedure before the tender will start. Hopefully we succeed for the third time in a row to obtain the contract.
